- https://studio.xpoda.com/ I cannot log in to Studio. I get the error "500 - Internal server error."
Solution 1: Review the Xpoda IIS Settings – Xpoda Support Center document. If the IIS site you defined for Xpoda Service is stopped, click the Start button on the right menu.
Likewise, if Xpoda Service is stopped in the Application Pools section, run it.
Solution 2: The port address you defined for Xpoda Service may not be accessible from outside. Make the relevant checks on the server side.
* If you have an IP restriction on external access due to your server firewall settings, access authorization must be given to the Service port you have defined to the Xpoda IP address. (Xpoda IP address: 40.118.18.65)
Solution 3: If there has been a change in the external IP address or Service port of the server on which you installed Xpoda, please submit the updated server information by creating a request at https://support.xpoda.com/.
