It is the operation used when you want to get a document for forms that do not register in the database such as reports and lists but which show the recorded data.
Form Design operation at Property Panel
Description: A description of the action is written.
Heading: Specifies the name in the action list when added as a Form Action.
SQL Query: The design’s SQL query is written.
Design Name: Name the design to be made.
Run Condition: If the value in the query entered in this field is ‘0′, the corresponding action will not run.
Request Confirmation: Select whether to ask for confirmation before running the action. If Request Confirmation is activated, the Confirmation Message feature is turned on and the message that will be displayed when requesting confirmation is written.
Form action events and Form design operations are used together. Heading seems on the Client screen. Design Name area opens a new form design for output design. At the same time, when this design is saved, it will seem in the Report File List (Form (Ctrl+F)). A query can be written in the SQL Query area.
