You can login with your admin account. When you create an account on XpodaCloud you will receive the account information via e-mail. You can add more account admin in the system.
Click User Operations.
This screen allows you Add new Users, define rights, prepare menus. You should define opening form for users first page.
For creation of new users, you need to define a code, which will be used for Username for login.
If you want to update user infos, menus,rights you can select old users in drop-down list.
For new users you need to define following fields;
- Opening Form
- Active / Passive
- User Photo
Opening form definition : Select the project/application.
Select an opening form from list .
Define Administratin Rights.; When you select and Leaders box this user can access admin panel.
User Active / Passive selection. If the User is Passive system does not allow the entrance.
This menu for preparing menu for each user. You can define all menus manually or select from another users.
Click Menu Operations
Click User Menu, select project, and form which will be added on the menu
Click Add Menu Button
There are two types of menu adding: one of the menu and another one is sub-menu. You need to define forms to sub-menu.
When you select multiple forms all form will be added on the menu with their default name, for multiple adding operation, please be sure the menu Name is blank!
