The Send to Approval tool includes the step of submitting the incoming flow for approval. When this flow element is used, two separate notifications are presented to the user. A notification is sent to the notification drawer on the client screen, and a notification e-mail is sent to the e-mail address of the user who will go for approval.

Notes
This control has two links so that the process can take shape when the approval is granted at the end of this step and the incoming flow is rejected.
A link is sent to the user in an e-mail. The user can view the details of the registration by going to the form page where the flow is started via this link.
In order for the link to be sent via the correct url, some definitions must be made from the Client interface. Switching to the Administration Panel from the Client screen and opening the Settings menu, the Client Url field should be filled. The definition example is as follows. |
