This operation opens the stream tracking form if there is a flow action for the selected record of the form concerned.
Show Flow operation at Property Panel
Properties
Description: Description related to action is written.
Heading: When added as Form Action, it specifies the name in the action list.
Linked List: The list selection of the flow transactions defined in the form is made
Run Condition: If the value in the query entered in this field is ‘0‘, the corresponding action will not run.
Request Confirmation: Select whether to ask for confirmation before running the action. If Request Confirmation is activated, the Confirmation Message feature is turned on and the message that will be displayed when requesting confirmation is written.
Example Used
For example; There is a Patient-Doctor Appointment Form. When an appointment is made, the flow will be started.
A button must be in the form for Show Flow operation with when clicked event.
While there is a record on the screen, this button is clicked. And then, a window as in below is shown. This is the flow chart to show which step the flows are.
Flow Actions can be displayed for Flow Table.
Note : When using this action, the record must be loaded to the form.
Note : If you want to view the flow from a record in the list; you must add a list name to the Linked list field. The fields in the list must contain UserTableID,ProjectID,FormTypeID,FlowID.
