You can message with users in the system using the chat feature.
In order for the chat feature to be active, the "ChatActive" setting in the web.config file must be updated to "1".
After logging into the system with your client user information, the Chat icon will appear as follows.
The screen that opens when the chat icon is clicked is as follows.
You can forward your messages from the Write Message field.
To add your files, you can click on the file add icon under the Write Message field, and when you click on the image icon next to the file attachment field, you can take a screenshot of the form page in that moment and send it as a message.
Messages you want to send;
You can forward it to users in the group that you have created or that are private to the user.
At this point, you will need to select from the upper left corner of the incoming chat screen.
In the All section, users in the system and opened groups are displayed.
From the Persons field, the user to whom the message will be sent is selected.
You can see the groups created in the Groups field and create new groups.
You can tell whether the users are active or not by the Offline, Online expression in the Persons tab.
You can customize the Chat area for each user.
For customization, go to the admin panel.
From the screen that opens, it is selected for which user the action will be taken.
Click on the Chat Actions tab on the screen that comes up.
The User Type field is the field where selections will be made for the user.
Internal User: The selected user can see all users and communicate with them in writing. If the Internal User option is selected, no selection is made from the drop-down box under it.
When Internal User is selected, Chat view - All users defined in the system are displayed.
External User: When this feature is selected, who will be contacted is selected from the drop-down box under it. Thanks to this feature, a user does not see all Chat users, but only the people defined on this screen and can communicate with them.
External User type is selected from the User Type field and which users to communicate with is defined for the user.

Public User: The Public User field is used to turn off the user-based Chat feature. When this feature is selected, the user cannot see the Chat section, cannot access and communicate with users from here. When this feature is selected, no value selection is made from the drop-down box below.
