- https://studio.xpoda.com/ When I change the company from the Change Organization field in Studio, I get the "Xpoda Service connection cannot be established" error.
Solution 1: An error is received because the Service port on the server of the company you are trying to log in to where Xpoda is installed cannot be accessed.
Please review the IIS Installation – Xpoda Support Center document. If the IIS site you defined for Xpoda Service is stopped, click the Start button on the right menu.
Likewise, if Xpoda Service is stopped in the Application Pools section, run it.
Solution 2: The port address you defined for Xpoda Service may not be accessible from outside. Make the relevant checks on the server side.
* If you have an IP restriction on external access due to your server firewall settings, access authorization must be given to the Service port you have defined to the Xpoda IP address. (Xpoda IP address: 40.118.18.65)
Solution 3: If there has been a change in the external IP address or Service port of the server on which you installed Xpoda, please submit the updated server information by creating a request at https://support.xpoda.com/.
