- When I try to log in to the client, I get the error "User does not exist. Please check Xpoda configuration (e.g client address)Opened".
Solution 1: SQL Settings – Examine the SQL Settings – Xpoda Support Center installation document link. Check whether the "SQL Server and Windows Authentication mode" setting is selected. If it is not selected, select it and restart SQL.
Solution 2: Check the accuracy of the SQL user information saved in the connection field in Xpoda Service>Web.config on the server where you installed Xpoda. You should be able to log in to SQL Server with the information saved in the SQL config side, as in the example screenshot below.
